PLQ OFFICE LOBBY

This feasibility design for the PLQ 1 & 2 office lobby refurbishment project aims to improve the existing space by elevating its aesthetics, functionality and overall user experience. The redesign focused on improving the circulation by relocating the concierge counter nearer to the main entrance and modifying the feature wall to enhance the first impression for visitors, clients and employees alike. The lighting design played a crucial part not only in enhancing the visual impact of the architectural features, but also creating the right atmosphere befitting of a grade A office lobby space. The existing ceiling was modified to incorporate a new round recessed cove lighting with distinct hammered copper finishes to transform and brighten up the space. The waiting area and reception table design merges organic and avant-garde design elements to create a juxtaposition of natural forms against the polished look of the new feature wall.
